Our Work

In addition to our support work with the whole family, we also offer individual work with children which helps to explore their wishes and feelings and provides an insight into what it is like for them to live in their particular situation. The voice of the child is incorporated into the support plan and influences the work we do with the whole family, achieving positive outcomes for everyone.

We support parents to recognise the positives and strengths that they have within their family. We also help them to identify where there are gaps and needs and how to tackle them. Together we set up a SMART Family Support Plan that is specific to their needs and one that has realistic expectations for the whole family.
