New Trustees appointed to the board

Following a couple of retirements in 2024 we had some vacancies on our board.

Whilst we had many expressions of interest, we’ve successfully recruited some brilliant people.

Ashleigh has a track record of charity leadership and is now a small business owner, who supports neurodivergent people with support to run, plan and lead their own businesses.

Ashleigh too many skills to list them all here, but she’s particularly passionate about strategic development.

She’s also a parent and believes strongly in Cumbria Family Support’s vision and values.

Mike joins the board to represent our volunteers. A Family Support Volunteer himself, Mike understands firsthand our work and the difference we make.

Mike has a lot of experience volunteering in various roles across the charity sector and has a multitude of professional experience including running his own marketing agency.
